I am engaged in selecting IT specialists at different levels and with diverse technologies, and I have closed technical and non-technical vacancies. Also worked with various clients in Ukraine, CIS countries, Europe, USA. I have experience in building and managing effective teams. I coordinate more than 60 recruiters and 4 Team Leaders.

During this time, I have gained extensive experience, deep knowledge, and valuable hands-on practice working with diverse industries and client types. I have honed my skills in effective troubleshooting, always striving for win-win outcomes.

Today, I hold the position of HRD alongside the Head of Recruitment. My passion lies in working with people, driving growth, and creating efficient processes.
