1. Data Collection
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when using the Find & Hire Recruitment Analytics Lab:
- Email address — used to identify your account, track free-tier usage, and deliver reports.
- Vacancy Name — the role or position title you are analyzing.
- Raw performance metrics — Time to Fill (TF), Accepted Candidates (A), Offers extended (O), and Salary cap.
We do not collect biometric data, location data, or any personally identifiable information beyond your email address.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed for the following explicit purposes:
- To calculate recruitment efficiency scores (RI, TPC, SV) and determine vacancy health states.
- To maintain a persistent history of your calculation requests for your own reference.
- To enforce the free-tier trial limit (5 calculations per email) and prevent abuse.
- To generate and deliver PDF reports and email summaries upon your request.
- To improve platform analytics and benchmark accuracy via aggregated, anonymized insights.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is securely stored and processed via Lovable Cloud (PostgreSQL infrastructure). We implement industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party data brokers, advertisers, or analytics resellers. Access to production databases is strictly limited to authorized platform administrators.
4. Automation & Third-Party Sync
By using this platform, you acknowledge that your vacancy calculation data may be automatically synced to secure analytical spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets) for the sole purpose of platform optimization, revenue reconciliation, and aggregate statistical analysis. This synchronization is read-only from your perspective — your raw inputs are appended to a protected analytical workbook accessible only to platform administrators.
