1. Who we are and acceptance
FindHire (Find & Hire, findhire.top) is operated by Find and Hire ЕООД, a company registered in Bulgaria at: гр. Бургас (8000), ул. Шейново 3, ет. 6, ап. офис 614. FindHire is a recruiting CRM, AI sourcing and recruiter marketplace platform. By creating an account, buying tokens or using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not operate multiple accounts to obtain free bonuses. You can delete your account at any time from account settings.
3. F&H tokens and payments
Paid features are charged in F&H tokens. Token prices and costs per action are shown in the product before you confirm. Tokens have no cash value, are not transferable outside the platform except via built-in transfers, and are not refundable except where stated (for example, automatic partial refunds for monitoring days or searches that return no results) or required by law.
4. AI search and monitoring
AI search collects publicly available information from third-party websites. Results are provided as is, may be incomplete or outdated, and match scores are estimates. You are responsible for contacting candidates lawfully and for your own compliance with data-protection and anti-spam rules in your jurisdiction.
5. Jobs Board and deals between users
Jobs Board connects posting owners with independent recruiters. Deal terms are agreed between the parties; payments for recruiting services are made outside the platform. FindHire is not a party to those agreements and is not liable for their performance. Platform fees in tokens apply as shown at posting and hire.
6. Recruiter profiles and reviews
Public recruiter metrics are calculated from activity in the CRM. You must not manipulate metrics, create fake vacancies or hires, or post reviews without a real engagement. We may hide or correct data that appears manipulated.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, discriminate unlawfully, upload malware, scrape the platform, infringe others’ rights or break the law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and brand belong to FindHire. You keep rights to content you upload and grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindHire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost hires or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes and contact
