1. Proprietary Methodology

The calculation methodologies, logic structures, algorithmic scoring engines, and specific interpretations of combined recruitment metrics available on this platform — including but not limited to Resource Intake (RI), Time per Candidate (TPC), and Success Velocity (SV) — are the exclusive intellectual property of Find & Hire (findhire.lovable.app).

These formulas, their weighting coefficients, the 18-state vacancy health classification engine, and the diagnostic narrative generation system have been developed through proprietary research and are protected under applicable copyright, trade-secret, and unfair-competition laws.

2. Dynamic Status Trademarks

The custom terminology, evaluation engine outputs, and specific diagnostic copy generated by the Find & Hire platform — including but not limited to designations such as “Surgical Close 🏆”, “Process Lag 😷”, “Deep Sourcing 🟢”, and all other branded status labels, emoji-classification pairs, and descriptive narratives — are proprietary assets protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these status designations outside of this platform without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. License & Restrictions

Users and third-party developers connecting via the public API are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use calculator outputs solely for:

  • Personal recruitment analytics and internal corporate hiring audits.
  • Non-commercial research, reporting, and process improvement within the licensee's own organization.

The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:

  • Unauthorized commercial replication of the Find & Hire analytical engine or any of its scoring algorithms.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the proprietary logic structures underlying RI, TPC, SV, or the 18-state classifier.
  • Cloning, mimicking, or substantially reproducing the UI/UX architecture, visual design system, or interactive flow of this platform for competing recruitment-analytics products.
  • Reselling, white-labeling, or embedding Find & Hire outputs into third-party SaaS platforms without a signed commercial agreement.

4. Enforcement

Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access, legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims for damages. Find & Hire reserves the right to audit API usage patterns and investigate suspected reverse-engineering or cloning activities.
