AI costs money to run, so AI is what you pay for. An AI candidate search across LinkedIn, Telegram or GitHub costs 20 F&H tokens (about $2). AI resume analysis costs 1 token. Constant monitoring — an hourly re-scan that adds new matching candidates to your pipeline automatically — costs 120 tokens per day and is entirely optional. Every new account gets free tokens to start, and creating your first vacancy adds more. If you never touch the AI, you never pay.

Yes. Collaborator roles — editor, commenter, viewer and sourcer — are available on the free plan and are scoped per vacancy.
