How to use it — 4 steps
Create a vacancy
Use the AI Job Description Generator or write your own, then mark the vacancy Open.
Open the Distribution panel
Inside the vacancy workspace, scroll to Distribute this job. Copy feed URLs, share buttons, and the Zapier hook live there.
Submit feeds once
Submit the Indeed / Jooble / Adzuna feed URL one time per board. They re-crawl automatically — no per-job action.
Track candidate sources
Applications arrive in your CRM with utm_source set, so you instantly see which board produced each candidate.

Google for Jobs Automatic
Every public job page ships JobPosting JSON-LD. Google crawls your sitemap and indexes roles automatically — usually within a few days. Nothing to submit.
Indeed XML feed
Submit your feed URL once via Indeed's free XML Feed program; Indeed re-crawls every few hours. Open vacancies appear automatically.

Same model — paste the generic feed URL into each aggregator's free organic feed program.
Social channels
